Terms of Service
🦷 Payments are to be made in USD only. Currently I am using Ko-fi for payments but if needed we can use Paypal. Either via a 'paypal.me' link or an invoice.
🦷 I usually post these images online. Please let me know if you wish to remain anonymous or if you have a specific account you would like me to link on the post.
🦷 I have the right to refuse commissions. See 'Dos and Don'ts' listed below.
🦷 I do two free edits to the art if something needs to be changed. After that I will be charging for my time. If the change is too much work for me to comfortably work on it for free, I will be asking you to pay a fee. (Ex: changing the pose, outfit, etc)
🦷 If you have a deadline for the art please inform me BEFORE payment is sent.
🦷 If you are commissioning me to draw characters you do not own please provide proof you have permission to do so. Gifts are in a grey area but should be fine so long as the art you are looking to get is SFW and non-fetish.
🦷 The art is mostly yours to do with as you please just do not claim that you created the art. Please ask before re-uploading or making edits. Usually it's fine (like in the case of icons or using it on your profile) but I would still like to be informed :]
🦷 To combat overworking; commissions will NOT be worked on during weekends.
🦷 I maintain the right to refuse any work for any reason.
🦷 UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS THE ARTWORK ALOWED TO BE USED AS AN NFT OR ANYTHING RELATED TO THE BLOCKCHAIN. If you see my art uploaded anywhere as such please get in contact with me so I can file a take down. (This applies to any work I make outside commissions)
